Perfect Small Digital LCD,
February 18, 2009 I shopped Walmart, Circuit City, and Best Buy - they had nothing close to this - a small LCD with Digital, with numerous A/V input connections. Good picture quality and sound. Very light weight. And a very good price! Only downside - it's made in China, I'd prefer to buy American.

April 2, 2009 In searching for a unit that worked as both a computer monitor and TV, this came up. After reading all of the Amazon reviews, C. Hobb's review was the clincher. I received my Coby HDTV yesterday and it's everything the positive reviews said it was. It works great as a TV and computer monitor. Hook up was a breeze. It's exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

June 12, 2009 Great little LCD HDTV especially for the price. By far the best price I found online and at the local retail level.
I checked specs. for several HDTVs before buying, including substantially more expensive name brands, and they were the same. No, I never had the chance to do a side by side comparison so I can't speak to that.
Screen: Crisp and clear but, like most/all LCDs, still not as bright as the old cathode ray tube monsters that essentially no longer exist.
Sound: Yes they're small speakers but it sounds at least as good as my old 32" monster especially when you adjust the treble, bass, surround sound etc. to your liking.
Mount: Easy mounting using an industry standard VESA wall mount. A table stand is also included.
Use: Straight forward on-screen menus for setup and use.
In box: TV, remote, RCA cable pair, table stand, directions (which really don't offer much but the onscreen programming is fine)
Recommended.

April 28, 2009 This TV is Great for the RV, its connects to the DVD system perfectly, the screen is nice and easy to see after adjusting the settings, it pulls less than 30 watts off the inverter, it autoscans and adds digital as well as analog stations, the digital is crystal clear. This is a must for RVers and OTA Truckers an all around TV/Monitor. I will consider Coby products in the future for my home. :)

June 9, 2009 The perfect size for my bedroom, great picture, fabulous color, no problems with sound, the viewing angle, or any of the other negatives mentioned in other reviews. All in all, far better quality and performance than I would think possible at such a low price. Another plus, the usual hassle-free ordering and delivery that I always get from Amazon. I will definitely recommend this amazing little TV to friends.

May 12, 2009 I don't think Amazon could have shipped this any faster. It was here the next day and I ordered 3-day. Nice surprise, Amazon, and a really good unit, too. I like the picture when watching TV and DVDs, it's sharp and clear, colors are fine. The menu selection is simple, straightforward and effective, easy to switch between sources and aspect ratios. The TV is small and light for carrying around and receives all the HD stations I need with a passive internal antenna. Of course, I'm right in town, otherwise I'd get an external. I also use this TV as a computer monitor for my Vista PC. It's not real sharp, but I consider that a reasonable compromise for eliminating a bulky CRT display and a massive tube TV that had a smaller screen. It compliments my 15" Macbook Pro, too, so I can have dual 15" screens when I run Final Cut Pro, putting menus and the timeline on the Coby, thus creating a small and transportable workstation. Overall, this unit is an excellent item: multifunctional, versatile and compact.
